Investment Options

Applicants may qualify for citizenship through one of the following government-approved investment options:

 

Sustainable Island State Contribution (SISC)

A non-refundable contribution to the Government’s Sustainable Island State Contribution supporting national development initiatives.

Minimum Contribution

• USD 250,000 for a single applicant Additional government, due diligence, interview, and processing fees may apply.


Public Benefit & Real Estate Investment

Applicants may invest in government-approved real estate projects or public benefit options within St. Kitts & Nevis.

Minimum Investment

• USD 250,000 in Public Benefit Projects or USD 325,000 in approved real estate Properties may be resold after the mandatory holding period in accordance with program regulations.

Main Applicant Eligibility

To qualify for the St. Kitts & Nevis Citizenship by Investment Program, the main applicant must:

• Be at least 18 years of age

• Have a clean personal and criminal record

• Successfully pass government due diligence checks

• Be in good health

• Demonstrate a legal source of funds and wealth

• Complete the required qualifying investment

• Provide all required supporting documentation


Eligible Dependents

The following family members may be included in the application:

• Spouse of the main applicant

• Children under 18 years old

• Financially dependent children under 30 years old

• Physically or mentally challenged dependent children of any age

• Dependent parents or grandparents aged 55 years or older Eligible dependents may also be added after citizenship approval, subject to government regulations.
